Delivery & Returns

We use DPD to dispatch your goods. They provide a fully Tracked Carrier Service and all deliveries must be signed for.

We aim to deliver to all UK only destinations within 1-2 working days, unless you have opted for next day delivery within the allotted timeframe (refer to time guide below). Please note we currently do not deliver to European or Worldwide destinations. However we can deliver to N. Ireland, Highland Islands and the Channel Islands but we charge an offshore rate of £15 (per order). The offshore transit lead time will be 2-3 days.

Transit lead times are based on working days only – Monday to Friday, this excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays. In this instance you should allow for your delivery to arrive on the next available working day. Remember, your order must be signed for.

Time Guide for Next Day delivery: place your orders by 1.00pm Monday – Friday in order to guarantee next day delivery. If we receive your order late on Friday (after 1.00pm) your order will arrive on the following Tuesday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

DPD will text you to inform you of your estimated delivery time (if we have your number on record). If no one is there on arrival, DPD will re-attempt delivery confirming by text or they will drop a ‘Failed Delivery Card’ if there is no contact number. For this reason it is advisable to leave us your number when making your order.

If you are not at home when DPD call by, you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed Delivery Card' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you, or text the DPD driver by return. Alternatively you can log into your LeatherLoveCare account to track the order and arrange for an alternative delivery time online’.

However if the 2nd request for delivery is made and again you are not present or no available alternative has been made to receive the parcel, the courier company shall return the goods back to our warehouse for which you will incur a delivery charge. To prevent this from happening it is advisable to leave information with the courier company as to a secure place or neighbour with whom the parcel can be left with.

We can deliver to your place of work but you must stipulate this during your order process. Remember your delivery has to be signed for so you must feel confident about that should you not be the one who signs for it.

This is on a best endevours basis and no guarantees or compensation can be given if the items do not turn up within the stated times for reasons beyond our control. If the items are gifts or presents, please allow extra time just to be sure. If your item(s) do not arrive, then please contact our customer service team in the first instance at orders@leatherlovecare.com quoting your order/invoice number.

Returns

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received it.

Firstly, please contact us at orders@leatherlovecare.com quoting your order/invoice number and obtain a 'returns number'.

Returned items must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please enclose a copy of the original order and also clearly show your returns number.

We will issue a full refund on receipt. If the product is not saleable or with its original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction against this. Your return will be acknowledged by email once we receive it.

Please note:

1.Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched by you within 7 days of receiving a returns number, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
